Rahul Sonar has spent more than five years working across the medical and electronics trade. Over that time he built direct relationships with manufacturers in China, working as an agent who connected them with buyers in India.
In that role, he handled the day-to-day work of sourcing deals — communication, negotiation and coordination between manufacturers and buyers on both sides. That groundwork, along with an understanding of both markets, helped him build partnerships that held up over time.
Last year, he took that experience further and started his own company, drawing on his existing manufacturer relationships to begin importing medical and electronic products for the Indian market.
